Coffee, Craft & Chat

Join us for crafts and a natter over tea/coffee and biscuits on the first Saturday of each month between 10.00-12.00. 

Bring your own crafts, rummage in our stock supplies (knitting, crochet, paper crafts etc.) or get involved with one of our group projects. See our Coffee and Craft Club page for more details. 

Advent project just announced!

Yes, we know it's a little early fir many of you to be thinking about Christmas in July! But here at Yate Methodist Church we start choosing our Advent theme before the summer holidays start so that we are well prepared to get working on it during the autumn term. 

This year our theme will be love and compassion and we will be illustrating it with hearts. We will be knitting, sewing, felting, crocheting and making heart shaped Christmas decorations from a whole range of materials. We will feature them in our online Advent calendar which will be available throughout December on this website and through our Facebook page. We will also be distributing the hearts through out our local community for you to find and take home. Keep an eye on this page later in the year for more information.
